Tanya Fueyo is dedicated to helping creative teams work more smoothly, ensuring they have the structure, resources, and support they need to achieve their creative goals. With a background in architecture, she has spent years learning from Carlos Fueyo, supporting the organization with keeping operations organized, and moving forward.

Her journey started with a Master's degree in Architecture, where she developed a deep understanding of design, structure, and problem-solving. Over time, she transitioned into operations, where she supports teams at playard studios.

Tanya’s focus is on providing teams with what they need, without stifling creativity. Whether it’s tracking schedules, coordinating meetings, or troubleshooting production roadblocks, she approaches her work with humility, curiosity, and a commitment to improvement.

At playard studios, Tanya’s role is to support, organize, and refine - but also to listen, learn, and adapt. She believes that the best results come from working together to find a solution, open communication, and a willingness to grow, and she’s always looking for ways to make the studio's environment more approachable for everyone involved.
